Author Information

Iain Russell
Toy maker and animal lover Iain Russell has always been fascinated by toys, and he hasn’t stopped since he first started making toys for his (now grown-up) children. Sustainability is at the heart of Iain’s work, and he seizes the opportunity to recycle and upcycle whenever he can. Iain became a member of the British Toymakers Guild in 2005 and is a member of both the Sussex Woodcraft Society and Weald Crafts. In addition to his toy-making business, Iain has produced commissions using Victorian patterns for Pollocks Toy Museum and made a special folk toy that featured in the recent film Blitz.
